I made a mistake with my email address
We can only contact you if you registered with the correct email address. In the best case, we will get a notification, and the mistake is so obvious (like gnail instead of gmail, hottmail.com, or petre instead of peter) that we can correct it and send you your payment confirmation and vouchers. If you try to log in to your travel account on the website, you need to 'reset password', and you will receive a password that allows you to log in again.
If we can not determine your correct email address, we will try to reach you by SMS or WhatSap. Please ensure you have entered a valid number with the correct country code.
If you are not notified that our mail to you bounced back, you need to contact us.

I do not have an account . How do I get one?
Every our customer automatically receives an internal credit account with their initial booking. It can be accessed simply by logging into the profile. Visit https://www.fastferrybali.com/en/login, enter your email address and the password. If you do not know the password, press the “Forgot Password?” button and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
When will I received my ticket voucher?
You receive a voucher and your e-ticket instantly after successfully paying. If you can not find the voucher in your email, please check your Spam folder, log in to the website, or contact us.
How do I know if my ticket is confirmed?
We offer two types of tickets for the e-ticket, and the paper ticket.
The E-ticket is issued immediately after the payment and sent to your email address. These can be issued within 30 days of departure.
The paper tickets are purchased by our staff at the station.
Can I board the ferry with my ticket voucher?
For some operators, your e-ticket will be attached to the confirmation email with the fast ferry Bali voucher.
You must print it out and check in at the pier 2 - 4 hours before departure.
Others will only require the ticket number and give you a physical ticket at the pier.
And some partners will contact you before the departure to hand over the physical ticket before the trip.
