- Modify Date of Activity
You can change the date of activity one day before.
- Cancelation
Some activity can make cancelation depending on the terms and conditions. Example : snorkeling trip if have bad weather or because of sick feeling bad. you can make cancelation directly before activity begin.
- Refund
When the normal condition 100% refund, if you make cancelation at least 48 hours before begin the activity.
