Term and Conditions
These terms and conditions serve as a general guideline for passengers using fast ferry services from Sanur, Bali, to Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida, the Gili Islands, and Lombok. Passengers are advised to carefully read and understand the specific terms and conditions provided by the ferry operator before purchasing tickets or embarking on their journey.
General Term and Conditions
Passenger Conduct:
Passengers must comply with all instructions and safety regulations provided by the ferry crew. Disorderly conduct, intoxication, or any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive to other passengers will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the ferry.
Liability:
The ferry operator is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical failures, or third-party actions. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and well-being while onboard the ferry and during transit to and from the destination.
Travel Documents:
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits or approvals for entry into their destination.
Force Majeure:
The ferry operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
Booking and Payment:
All ferry tickets must be booked and paid for in advance. Payments can be made online, through authorized travel agents, or at designated ticket counters.
Ticket Validity:
Ferry tickets are valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold to another individual without prior authorization from the ferry operator.
Check-in Procedures:
Passengers must arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Valid identification, such as a passport or government-issued ID, must be presented during check-in.
Luggage Allowance:
Each passenger is allowed a limited amount of luggage, typically one small suitcase or backpack. Excess luggage may incur additional fees and is subject to availability of storage space on the ferry.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Ferry tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation by the ferry operator due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions. In the event of cancellation by the passenger, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the ferry operator, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Schedule Changes:
Ferry schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances. Passengers will be notified of any schedule changes as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements may be offered by the ferry operator.
